ALICIA QUARLES

There is a reason Cosmopolitan named Alicia Quarles one of the 50 forces who are, "the

most forward-thinking, disruptive in all the right ways, rocking our minds and hearts,

and moving the world in the right direction, people we know." Alicia was featured in their 50th

anniversary issue alongside Hillary Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Ava DuVernay, and Taylor Swift, just to name a few.

 

Alicia runs her own multimedia production and consulting company, while also working as

Senior News Correspondent for “Daily Mail TV.” Additionally, she is a regular on MSNBC, works in collaboration with Hearst, Meredith, and Conde Nast and served as a Special Correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider.” Alicia has also hosted specials on VH1 and Fuse and previously worked as a correspondent for E-News.

 

Alicia isn't just an on-air personality. Her writing has been featured in some of the

largest news outlets includes the Washington Post, Time, People, Essence, USA Today, and Ebony magazine. Alicia’s passions extend beyond media and journalism. She works tirelessly to promote the importance of women’s health and early detection. Alicia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California.

ARCHEL BERNARD

Civic Engagement Speaker 

Archel Bernard owns both The Bombchel Factory and the Mango Rags boutique in Monrovia, Liberia where she specializes in dreaming up contemporary African womenswear, empowering disadvantaged women to sew her designs, and helping all the women she meets to become self-sufficient. She moved back to Liberia after graduating from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. 

 

Archel’s mission in life took a significant turn amid the deadly Ebola outbreak in Liberia. After the Ebola crisis, Archel opened a factory to help the people of her ancestral homeland rebuild and change the Liberian economic landscape. She named it The Bombchel Factory and herself, the HBIC; Head Bombchel in Charge. 

 

She has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, Forbes, Essence, and many more. She is a Richard Branson Scholar, US State Department Speaker, and creative business coach. Her designs have been worn by celebrities like Kelly Rowland and displayed at New York Fashion Week. She is both a visionary and a fashionista; but more than anything, Archel is a savvy businesswoman determined to use her business to build lives.

NICOLE DOVE

Business & Entrepreneurship Speaker

Nicole Dove is Director & Business Security Officer at ADP’s Global Security Organization where she supports executive leaders and manages the cybersecurity portfolios of 5 business units providing services to over 600,000 US-based clients. Prior to ADP, she held consulting and risk management strategy roles at Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Rockstar Games where she did voiceover work on the best-selling video game; Grand Theft Auto.

Nicole is one of two SE Regional Directors for Cultivate; ADP's first Business Resource Group, and recently completed her tenure as Overseas Engagement Leader for the International Women’s Inclusion Network. In addition to her leadership roles within ADP, Nicole is a board member of Girls Going Global, sits on the Advisory Board of Enactus's Spelman College Chapter, serves as Director of Campus programs for Women in Technology, and has hosted workshops and served as keynote speaker for Yale School of Management, Rutgers University, Deloitte Consulting, Goldman Sachs, INROADS, MLT, and many others.

Nicole holds both CIA and CRMA certifications and is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University.

SHARECE RENEE

Healthy Relationships Speaker

Sharece Renee is a certified Life & Success Coach.  She’s also the CEO & Founder of The Love Society; a personal development & lifestyle brand that helps women experience real love from within. 

 

A few years ago, she was in an emotionally & mentally abusive relationship, extremely overweight, and isolated from the people around her. The repeated cycle of emotional turmoil came to an end when Sharece finally said enough was enough and realized she was worth the fight; now understanding that loving herself would allow her to discover her inner power, light, and value. 

 

From her experiences, Sharece has made a marked impact. In addition to being a certified coach, she also provides clinical hypnosis and is a neuro-linguistic practitioner providing powerful self-love tools to over 20k women demonstrating how to reprogram their minds, let go of negative habits, balance their energy, gain confidence, and work through deep-rooted limiting beliefs.  Her brand, The Love Society, allows women to experience real love from within and manifest the life of their dreams. 

 

Sharece was once the girl who needed to be saved and now she is the woman saving other women.
