As Women’s Empire works towards our vision of supporting the advancement of women, we are seeking like-minded individuals who share this vision and would be interested in supporting our work through volunteering their time and service on committees, special projects, and/or the Board of Directors.

Specifically, the Board of Directors is seeking recommendations for a few board positions that will be filled by June 2019. Board terms are one year in length; a director may serve up to three consecutive one-year terms. The positions are voluntary – however, provide great rewards in terms of engagement, leadership, and positive community impact.

Board candidates will be familiar with and supportive of Women’s Empire mission, vision, and values. They must also show a commitment and dedication to our six core focus areas of work – Health and Wellness, Educational advancement, Economic Empowerment, the End of Violence against Women, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship, and Civic Engagement.

We will accept board recommendations on a rolling basis. If you need additional information, please contact us at info@womensempire.org.
